To preserve the safety of the photograph, framed prints are shipped in a deluxe padded, flat box. The cost for this packaging and shipping is expensive, some of this cost is typically incurred by the Gallery. Shipping and handling charges within the United States vary. This fee is non-refundable and subject to change.  Delivery time is usually no more than 3 to 6 weeks.  Items will be shipped by a carrier of our choice.  A confirmation email will be sent to you when they have shipped from the studio.   

 

If any print is damaged during shipping, please photograph the shipping box and the photograph.  Immediately contact us the day of delivery and send those photographs to ArtManager@PrinceByJeffKatz.com.  If these actions are not taken immediately upon delivery, any shipping liability by PrinceByJeffKatz.com is voided.

 

We will contact the delivery company and proceed to rectify the situation promptly. The original print will be returned to us, upon receiving that a replacement print will be sent.  

 

International Shipping. 

We are excited to offer these rare photographs Worldwide.  For international shipments (any country outside of the continental US) please enter the store checkout, once you fill in your address the rate will appear. Contact us if you would like to further discuss International shipping, custom sizes, or large orders.  We are happy to work with you.. PrinceByJeffKatz.com is not responsible for any additional custom clearance charges.  Payment of those charges is the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot quote or guarantee custom rates as they change per county and date, our customers are reporting back to us that they feel their rates have been very favorable.
